Mini Review: Ulta Brand Mystic Collection

Here are some swatches and a first impressions of the Free Gift with purchase that I hauled last post. I wasn't holding any high hopes for this, but it wasn't all that bad.

 Silk, Gold Dust, Platinum, Granite

Silk - Shimmery champagne with white shimmer.  Good pigmentation.

Gold Dust - Dark brown with gold shimmer. Decent pigmentation.

Platinum - Shimmery grey/silver. Weak pigmentation, I had to build up the swatch.

Granite - Shimmery blue toned charcoal. Decent pigmentation.

 Iceland, Must Have, Eggplant, Eclipse

Iceland - Shimmery off-white. Decent pigmentation.

Must Have - Shimmery taupe. Decent pigmentation.

Eggplant - Satin plum. Decent pigmentation. 

Eclipse - Dark purple with pink shimmers. Reminiscent of Mac's Beauty Marked, I believe. Decent pigmenation.

Overall: Meh. The eyeshadow palettes are workable with a base, but they are powdery and a bit chalking. So fallout may be expected.

#218 Good Year for Wine

Super Shiny Lip Gloss in #18 Stellar - Sheer berry mauve. Feels a tad thick and moisturizing , but not stick in the slightest. 

Lipcolor in #218 Good Year For Wine - Burgundy with a Pearl finish. Supper pigmented and glides on.

Cheek Color in Adore - Matte Berry with gold shimmers. Not the most pigmented, but still quite good.

Dual Ended Eye Liner pencil in Dark Brown/Black - Super creamy and pigmented. I haven't tested it out yet, but I have a feeling that it'll smudge.

Nail Lacquer in Femme Fatale - Vampy Plum with hidden coppery pink shimmer in the sunlight. The Formula is pretty amazing with this. It goes on so smoothly and takes 2-3 coats for full opacity.

Faux snake skin clutch - Pretty roomy.
Legendary Lengths Mascara - I have yet to use it since I want to finish up my other mascaras first.
Applicators - The eyeshadow brush is crap. If i were to use it it'd probably scratch up my eyelid. :/  The sponge tip's a sponge tip. The contour is super bluntly cut and a little scratchy, but I don't think it would be unbearable to use.
Instant Nourish Facial Moisturizer - I haven't tried it yet either.

In no way were all of these items purchased in a day or even a span of a week. All products were purchased over a span of weeks.

 No sales, or anything with these Items, but considering every ELF product is $1 to $3 anyway, it wasn't a biggie. 

ELF Studio Blush in  Pink Passion: $3~ I'm really not a pink person in general much less Hot pink, but it looked like such a unique bright color for so cheap, it basically was screaming for me to get it.

Luscious Liquid Lipstick in Baby Lips: $1~ To be honest, I just got it to try out the clicky Stilia pen packaging. ^^;

Custom Compact: $1~ Got it to Obviously store some of the Custom eye shadows. So far I'm blown away. This isn't a dinky compact at all. Defintely going back for more to store some depotted powders in the future.

Custom Eyeshadows in  Truly Pink , Moondust, Golden Glow &  Mocha: $1~ Absolutely beautiful, I've worn these a couple times and so far so good.

Yes To Carrots:

How? I just bought it at Ross. Every time I go and there is something from Yes to Carrots I snag it. Don't underestimate Ross, they have a bunch of expensive  skincare, makeup and hair care there that they sell for half or less then the real price. 

Yes to Cucumbers Soothing Facial Mask: $14.99 (Paid $3.49)~ I definitely wanted to try a mask that was natural, in hopes that it will help and not break me out. 

Yes to Tomatoes Facial Hydrating Lotion: $14.99 (Paid $3)~ Your probably thinking Dry skin mask/oily skin lotion, contradicting much? But Nupe, tried the Yes to Cucumbers lotion and Loved it, worried that I'd run out fast, I bought this to see if it would work better for my Combo skin.

Finger Paint's Nail Polish in Tiffany Imposter, Lavender Highlight, & Easel Come, Easel Go: $4.99 w/o card (Paid $3.99 each)~ I don't own a Purple/blue cremes and I also wanted a pure silver color.

Finger Paints Ashley Purse in teal: $14.99 w/o card (Paid Nothing)~ Comes in Purple, Pink and Teal. The web pictures are very color misleading. On the Website they look like elegant Pastel colors, but in reality the Purple is actually a Dark purple and the pink is actually a muted medium pink. The closest to the color on the website was the teal one and the one I chose. I'm loving it a lot so far, very cute. :3 It also comes with a 50 cents off a FP NP attached. 

China Glaze Nail Polish in Tempest: $5.99 w/o Card (Paid Nothing)~ Such a pretty duo chome Blurple color.

I was sooo excited when I found this yet again sprawled on my coffee table ( >___> Thanks again Mom) after a month of waiting.
 
I'm no way affiliated with this company in any way, shape or form. Free~ Target Beauty Samples 8D

My Samples finally arrived in mail a week ago, so sorry that I'm posting a whee bit late. Even though you CAN'T take advantage of the free beauty bag anymore because they ran out pretty fast awhile ago anyway. ^^; Well, funny-ish thing happened when I got it, or should I say my mother did. I arrived home from school to see it busted open and sprawled out on the coffee table, probably my my mom to check if nothing "weird" was in there.

Anyways, here are the things I received:

Apparently according to other peoples posts, I'm pretty sure everyone has received the same items.

Sonia Kashuk Makeup Bag: To be completely honest the thing I was most Excited about was this bag; mainly because I've been wanting to get on for awhile, it looks cute plus its Free.

Neutrogena Naturals Lip Balm: 2nd Favorite thing~ I'm actually pleasantly surprise on how natural it does looks on lips and moisturizing. By natural, I been there isn't really a glossy-ness to your lips after you apply it. Doesn't hurt that its Organic too. It also smells faintly of mint.

Relvon Colorburst Lip Gloss in "Hot Pink": I've yet to try this but looking forward to it.

Fekkai Shampoo and Conditioner: Happy to try a new shampoo and conditioner. Looks Promising?

Pantene Color Preserve Shine Shampoo: Meh. My least favorite sample. I know beggars can't be choosers, but after hearing how damaging Pantene is, I'm Not really thinking about ever testing it out, even though a sample probably wouldn't hurt much.

Nivea Express Hydration Lotion: Smells Pretty pleasant to me, its also a light but nicely moisturizing.

Target Beauty Coupon Book: <3 Definitely looking forward to take advantage of these.

Well let's all hope Target does one of these again. :)
